We are looking for an experienced Car Porter / Detailer to join our team Part-time or Full time. In this role, you will move and park cars on our lot. As a Car Porter, your duties include keeping track of all vehicles and making sure that the lot is neat and presentable. Essential Duties. Moving cars between the dealership’s display area, workshop, storage facility, and the pick-up point. Driving and handling all cars responsibly to ensure damage prevention, and protecting dealership property at all times. Cleans interior and exterior of used vehicles, including the trunk, glove compartment, tires, windows etc. as needed. (Buffing also) Accounting and marking of all cars on the lot. Providing assistance with keeping the lot clean and tidy at all times. Driving off-site to run dealership errands when required. Performing basic maintenance tasks, such as changing batteries and filling up on gas, oil, and other fluids. Keeps used-vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the used-vehicle manager and in accordance with dealership display standards. Picks up vehicles from and delivers vehicles to customers as directed by management. Starts vehicles daily and reports any problems or concerns. Picks up parts from parts department or vendors. Keeps vehicles fueled. Ensures that required forms/stickers have been completed and are properly displayed. Other tasks as assigned. Call/Text or come in person for Interview these week 281-529-5096
