HELP! I have a friend that needs a very short term

My friend's landlord does not allow any cats on the property. She thought it would be ok to foster 4 kittens on her porch, but the landlord found out and told her they need to be gone by tomorrow or they will start eviction proceeding. The kittens just need to be fostered for one week, so they can get their shots and then be immediately taken in for adoption at the Humane Society.
