Welker Property Management is seeking reliable individual to add to their existing maintenance staff to repair, maintain Packett's Landing, a commercial property in Fairport and residential senior apartments at Parkwood Heights in Macedon. This includes outside clean up, snow removal, landscaping along with building maintenance. Applicant must have experience in building trades, preferably with carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, heating, & light electrical. This is a full time position. Hours are mainly 6 AM to 2:30 PM, with some overtime and on call rotation required. Individual must have valid a driver’s license along with reliable transportation and hand tools. High School diploma or GED required. A background check would be performed as part of the hiring process. Wages would be commensurate with experience.
