Seeking person for light repair, some painting, some cleanout of tenant turnover at various sites in Illinois Quad Cities. Pay per hour dependent on abilities. Will work through building manager on an as needed basis. Expecting to pay $15 to $25 per hour. Can set your own schedule on an as needed basis.
