Cole Equipment Rental is looking for a Class "A" driver to deliver construction equipment. Local work only, you will be home every night! Must have current Class "A" Commercial drivers license, current medical card and a good driving record. MUST HAVE MINIMUM 3 YEARS of hauling rental construction equipment - no exceptions. This means hauling backhoes, skid steer loaders, mini-excavators, water trucks, rollers of all types, skiploaders, wheel loaders, full-sized excavators on and off of jobsites multiple times per day. What it doesn't mean is driving a big rig with one of these types of equipment on it over the road. Must understand DOT regulations regarding equipment height, weight, width, equipment tie-down procedures, loading and unloading as well as load distribution. Must be able to interact with all different types and levels of customers and employees Ability to lift 50lbs. or more periodically while delivering or picking up rental equipment.
