We are a well established construction company in need of reliable workers in multiple areas, hiring immediately. Foreman: Detail Oriented Able to read and interpret plans Responsible for productivity levels and to make sure all safety requirements are met Organize and coordinate daily activities of all crew members, subcontractors and equipment Be able to clearly communicate with the Superintendent and Project Managers at jobsite Ensure new hires receive adequate training for work they are performing Travel throughout Southern CA will be required Valid license with clean driving record Equipment Operator: Must be able to operate a backhoe, mini excavator and skid steer Travel throughout Southern CA Able to read plans Concrete experience a plus Class A or B license a plus Valid license with clean driving record General Labor: Minimum 40 hours per week plus overtime Concrete work - Saw cutting, breaking, form and finish work a plus Landscape and Irrigation work - plumbing, trenching, planting Experience working with hand and power tools a plus Must have reliable transportation to work Starting pay will depend on experience and skill level.
