Lake Forest Keys Homeowners' Association is seeking a Lake Ranger/Community Patrol Officer who is responsible, energetic, outgoing and good with people! This is a part-time Lake Ranger position where you patrol our Association streets to ensure all guidelines are being followed. P/T- Monday through Friday 6pm-10pm & Weekend shifts Saturday and Sunday 8am-5pm or 6pm-10pm. Responsibilities: -Patrol community to ensure all rules and regulations are being followed -Answer any questions or concerns homeowners have have -Issue citations for street and vehicle violations -Patrol lake by boat, towing other boats when necessary if they break down -Confirm membership of fishermen in the community -Clean up community, empty trash cans, must be able to lift 50lbs -Prepare daily Facility Reports, Maintenance Requests and Incident Reports when needed Qualifications: Great communication skills, good driving record, and experience operating a boat. Must be at least 21 years old and have the ability to interact with residents professionally. Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour Please email your resume or information to [email protected].
