Description

Medical Imaging Systems integrator and distribution company is seeking a full-time Field Service Engineer to handle installation, training, and ongoing support for customers with digital x-ray system. Must have excellent communication skills, technical background, and be a fast learner. - Install, repair, and service x-ray systems, DR system, and medical imaging devices (training provided) - Manage multiple projects, which include site planning, delivery, and installation coordination. - As required, problem solve PC issues, both local and remote using TeamViewer - Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite - IT-related degree preferred - Good interpersonal skills, positive customer service skills, problem-solving skills and writing skills necessary - Ability to interact with customers on the phone and in-person - Document and research all inquiries or problems and enter in tracking system accurately and completely in accordance with departmental procedures. - Understanding of Medical Imaging Technology (PACS, DICOM, HL7, MRI, CT) is a plus.
