General & Skilled Labor Wanted

Residential construction company looking to hire general and skilled laborers. We have projects all of the Chicagoland area but the two main projects we will have you working on are a 68 unit full gut renovation in South Shore and a 15 unit full gut renovation in Bronzeville. General laborers will be doing demolition, assisting in material deliveries, insulation, landscaping, assisting skilled laborers, site upkeep, landscaping and just general help anywhere needed. Skilled laborers will ideally be framing most days but we do have a need for hangers, tapers, painters, trim carpenters, roofers, plumbers, electricians, HVAC ect. Ideal candidates will need a good work ethic and have the ability to work with little to no instruction. I try to give my guys a couple days worth of tasks and then I let them work. We're all to busy to babysit or hold hands so if you're not self motivated and you don't care about your work this isn't a job for you. We will start any new hires as independent contractors for the first few weeks before we decide if the candidate is a good fit.
