Commercial General Contractor that specializes in Medical Office TI's, Office TI's and Ground Up projects is looking for laborers WITH experience working for Commercial Contractors doing TI's at a minimum.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Installing protection materials: Carpet mask, rosin paper, ram board, dust barriers etc.
2. Daily project clean up and maintenance. Including maintaining common areas and a clean path of travel.
3. Assisting the Site Superintendent with a variety of task including project set up and take down.
4. Misc labor work to include minor demolition, drywall work, painting, doors frames hardware install etc.
5. Daily correspondence with the Project Manager and the main office.
