Build-Care is a full- service maintenance company. We pride ourselves in having a team that has many years of experience in the maintenance industry. Right now Build-Care is looking for porters to start ASAP for various locations. Job Description: * Clean the interior of the building including floors, carpets, rugs, windows and walls. * Pick up trash and empties trash containers. * Assist with the cleaning and sanitizing of share facilities and common spaces. * Examine property for safety hazards, reports problems to the facility supervisor. * Ensure cooling and heating systems are operational. * Ensure that cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked. * Performed other related duties as required. * Must be bilingual (Spanish/English) We offer a very competitive benefits package!!
