Looking for a Full time energetic, self-motivated House Keeper with good communication skills to work at a condominium complex on the Waianae Coast. House keeper will be performing a variety of general housekeeping work in order to properly maintain our property. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: - Must be able to pass a background check - Must be able to pass a drug screening - Must be able to exhibit and maintain carts and storage in clean and organized manner. - Must be hard working, flexible, and team-oriented. **We work long hours outside in the hot sun and get very dirty** - Must be able to work on weekend if needed - Must be able to work with cleaning chemicals - Lift 30lbs or more - Work duty requires you to reach over your head Responsibilities: General Housekeeping Cleaning restrooms, Elevators, Pool deck and ETC. Wiping walls, rails, floors, light covers and ETC. Sweep and Mop Pressure washing Clean trash chutes Perform other duties as required by your Supervisor. Hourly rate $10.50 with paid vacation and sick after 1 year. Holiday and medical after 30 days.
