Looking for a Part time, energetic, self-motivated floater with good communication skills to work at a condominium. The floater will be performing a variety of general landscaping, maintenance and some housekeeping work in order to properly maintain our property. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: - Must be able to pass a background check - Must be able to pass a drug screening - Must be able to maintain company tools and keep shop in clean and organized manner. - Must be hard working, flexible, and team-oriented. **We work long hours outside in the hot sun and get very dirty** - Lift 50lbs or more - Pool Maintenance a plus but not required (will train) Responsibilities: General yard maintenance. Trim and prune hedges and trees. Rake and sweep debris. Pull weeds. Motorized blower. Work effectively with team members and management. Operate standard landscaping maintenance tools and equipment. Perform other duties as required by your Supervisor. Work Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 7am-4pm and all Holidays Starting Pay: $12.00 No Benefits
