Be present on Monday during the Install Meeting, talk it over with your project manager, and get a clear understanding of your job.  Think through the process of the job and ensure that you and your team execute the job systemically. Ensure you have the following day planned and prepared for before you leave the job.  Keep a well-organized and fully equipped truck. Get what you need. Have what you need. Be prepared. Take great care of your truck and your equipment.  Lead your team by example, teach them, lead with confidence, treat them with respect and be respectable. Hold the highest standard on the team. Be honest and be confident. Believe in yourself as the Leader.  Keep your crew on task, moving efficiently, using time wisely, and complete the job with great care.  Know the plants, know their names, know what they need, know-how and where to install them, know how to install irrigation, concrete, fencing, pavers, arbor stone, and keystone walls, drains, lighting, and anything else you may need to know about completing a Landscape constuctio Install Job. Learn and master these skills. Be the expert. Be professional and teach these skills to your crew.  Notify your Install Manager immediately if there is an issue you cannot solve such as, property damage, injury, machine malfunction, angry customer, change order or a protentional safety hazard.  Always respect and execute orders given down the chain of command and take into consideration recommendations given up the chain of command.  Update your project manager daily on the progress of your job, the good, the bad, and any needed materials for the following days. - Must possess a valid and current U.S. Driver's License Position: Full time (Mon-Fri) Benefits: Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, Vacation, Paid Holidays, 401K, Bonuses.
