Go above and beyond to meet their expectations and ensure your job is done with greatness.  Always respect and execute orders given to you by your foreman. Support your foreman.  Always be kind to the client. Treat them with respect.  Keep a well-organized and fully equipped truck. Get what you need. Have what you need. Be prepared. Take great care of your truck and your equipment. Clean the truck, sharpen equipment, Oil equipment. Keep is safe, lock it up.  Keep your job site clean. Put all trash in a trash can.  Always be as safe as possible, for yourself, for your team, for your customer, and for anyone around you. Notify your foreman of potential safety hazards.  Moving efficiently, using your time wisely, give your full effort.  Keep track of your hours daily. Turn in your timesheets by Monday morning.  Notify your foreman immediately if there is an issue you cannot solve such as, property damage, injury, machine malfunction, or a protentional safety hazard.  Conduct non Install Jobs as requested such as maintenance jobs, pesticide and herbicide applications, etc. Position: Full time (Mon-Fri) Benefits: Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, Vacation, Paid Holidays, 401K, Bonuses.
