We are a Landscape Contractor and General Contractor looking to hire a Landscape Construction Laborer/Flatbed Driver Core Values: Honesty Growth Integrity Loyalty Passion Humility  Give great help to your foreman so that as a team you create a great result for the clients. Go above and beyond to meet their expectations and ensure your job is done with greatness.  Always be kind to the client. Treat them with respect.  Take great care of the truck. Keep it clean and conduct full safety inspections weekly. Keep it safe, lock it up.  Always be as safe as possible, for yourself, for your team, for your customer, and for anyone around you. Drive the speed limit with both hands on the wheel, be fully present and cautious.  Pick up needed materials and deliver them to the job site efficiently. Know what materials you are picking up. Know how they should look, examine the materials to see if you need to ask the supplier for replacements.  Haul off waste from the job site and return in a timely manner. If you haul to the farm, see if you can bring needed materials back. Maximize the value of each trip.  Use your time wisely, give your full effort. Keep in communication with your foreman and Install manager, provide them with updates on your location so they know when to expect you and can coordinate you in harmony with all other jobs and truck drivers.  Keep track of your hours daily. Turn in your timesheets by Monday morning.  Notify your foreman if there is an issue you cannot solve such as, property damage, injury, truck or machine malfunction, a protentional safety hazard, or a traffic situation that will delay your excepted arrival time.  Work with the install crew on site. Get out of the truck and participate as a regular part of the crew. - Must possess a valid and current U.S. Driver's License Position: Full time (Mon-Fri) Benefits: Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, Vacation, Paid Holidays, 401K, Bonuses.
