Inside WALLS, surfaces must be cleaned (hand washed with chemical and very little water) Trisodium Phosphate, degreaser 3. Floor must be scrubbed, if there's deoxidation/rust, Aluminum Deoxidizer and polish with cal custom polish 4.high heat spray paint (Grates spray painted black) 5. flat top grill (griddle) -use chemicals, High temp cleaner, oil the equipment after cleaning to avoid rusting. 6.
