Position: Housekeeping at Resort Job Duties: • Perform routine & special duties in the cleaning and servicing of guest rooms, baths & common areas. • Replenish amenities according to the operational standards. • Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. • You will be responsible for achieving and exceeding guest satisfaction score by following all procedures to ensure all areas are properly cleaned & sanitized. • Resolve guest complaints, promptly, efficiently and with a smile. • Assist with Laundry as needed Requirements: • Physical mobility and stamina required. • Must be well groomed. • Ability to communicate clearly & respectfully with Guests & Staff • Ability to work independently, while following policies & procedures. • Ability to work full time including weekends & holidays. • Must be trustworthy, pleasant & professional. • Capability to solve problems.
