Pilates based exercises to strengthen your core, improve posture and reduce pregnancy related aches and pains. In this 90 minute workshop, you'll learn Pilates based exercises to strengthen your core, improve posture, and reduce pregnancy related aches and pains. You'll also learn steps to safely transition back to exercise post-birth. All stages of pregnancy are welcome and no previous Pilates experience is necessary. Participants will receive a Theraband and massage ball. Cost: $25 Bio: Kirsten Adler is the founder of Explore Movement, a yoga, Pilates and Gyrotonic studio in Portland, ME. Kirsten’s inspiration and expertise draws from: a professional dance background, certifications in yoga, Pilates, Gyrotonic, sixteen years of teaching, and motherhood.
