American Bey LLC is looking for reliable contractors in FL who are familiar with the property preservation field. We utilize PPW and are currently expanding with clientele and contractors. Duties & Responsibilities: (Not Limited To) - Property Inspections - Initial Secures/Lock Changes - Window and Door Board Ups (as needed) - Trash/Debris Removal - Lawn/Landscape Maintenance - Tree Trimming/Shrub Trimming - Winterizations - Misc. Handyman Duties Requirements: - Ability to complete orders with specific turnaround times - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment - Must follow work order instructions and have great communication skills - Must have proper equipment/tools/locks to perform property preservation work - Must have the ability to photograph and document work - Smart Phone for the PPW Mobile App - Basic construction knowledge is a plus Click the link below to apply:
