Full Job Description: Dexksos is looking for an Experienced Lead Carpenter, capable in Construction and able to lead and manage a team - crews will range from 2 to 5. Communication is key. Having a Truck or a van and your own set of tools is an asset. Some organizational talent required, planning out jobs, ordering materials, keeping track of receipts, etc. Dexksos specializes in building decks for residential houses which means that most of our work is outside. In addition to decks, contracts can include window and door replacements, screen porches, sunrooms, and a variety of general carpentry needs. We have a solid crew already but this company could use a new key man or woman! We are looking for someone full time 32-40 hours each week. Most of our contract will be out of Middlesex county near Cambridge, MA ( 30 minutes from Boston). Dexksos provides a friendly, fast paced working environment where teamwork is the culture.
