FULL-TIME or PART-TIME LANDSCAPE CREW MEMBER POSITIONS AVAILABLE We are looking for experienced reliable, drug-free individuals with a good attitude. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: - Spring & Fall Cleanups - Mulch - Lawn Cutting - Shrub Trimming - Line Trimming - Assist with all other Landscape, Hardscape, Irrigation Services and Snow Removal REQUIREMENTS: - Must have a valid MA Driver's License - Must be able to obtain DOT card - Must have dependable transportation to and from work - Must show up on time and be a team-player - Must have at least 1 year of experience in professional lawn maintenance, including line trimming - Pay will be determined based on experience - If not a US Citizen you must have valid working papers PROVEN KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE with the following items WILL WARRANT A HIGHER WAGE; - Hardscape Installations - Carpentry Experience - Driving a truck and trailer - Irrigation systems WE OFFER: - Paid Overtime - Paid Sick/Vacation Days * - Holiday Pay * - Simple IRA Retirement Plan - Annual Reviews and raises based on performance, attendance and attitude * Benefits paid after 4 months of Full-Time employment. FULL-TIME POSITION HOURS: Monday - Friday and some Saturdays PART-TIME POSITION HOURS: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays preferred but we will work with your schedule. Please reply with availably.
