Need to know how to repair sheetrock, fully paint apartments (must have painted apartments before) General maintenance skills to fix or replace fixtures; lights, fans, outlets, faucets. Carpentry skills a plus. You need to have the necessary tools and vehicle to do the job. We have LOTS of work to offer.
