Skilled Carpenter (rough & finish... indoor & outdoor) needed for small projects in Boone > Must be detail oriented and experienced/skilled in the craft of carpentry (no hobbyists or beginners please) Must have all your own tools Must have your own vehicle/transportation & ability to work on stuff in Boone & Lansing Must understand the basics of building codes & code compliant construction Concrete: Forming & finishing footing/foundations & basic concrete slab on grade Rough Carpentry: Framing walls, subfloors, sistering floor joists, scabbing rafters, patching roofs, replacing windows, retaining walls, etc Finish Work: Setting kitchen/bath cabinets, repairing cabinets, setting countertops, sink cutouts, base & case, trim work, repair/match stomped ceiling, etc This is not a full time job or a part-time job... It's occasional carpentry projects. But at times it may be a good run of projects, or a bigger project that may go a few weeks at a time If you have any substance dependencies (alcohol, drugs, etc), sorry, this gig is not for you If you're on probation, sorry, this gig is not for you Pay is upon completion of tasks or weekly, via check, Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle (no cash payments) - if you need daily pay, sorry this gig is not for you All materials supplied for projects Please share pictures of your past carpentry work, and/or references I'm a Boone local, and projects are on my own properties I'm looking for a year-round Boone local (please don't get in touch if you live more than 30 minutes out)...
