This years theme is “ELEMENT" with Fire, Ice & Storm sections. 7:00pm - Doors Open for VIP 8:00pm Fashion Show Begins The 4th Annual Columbus Caribbean Festival will be held on September 4th & 5th at Delaware County Fairgrounds. There will a reception for VIP ticket holders one hour prior to showtime featuring an authentic Caribbean buffet.
