Other duties may be assign as needed. • Overseeing and directing assigned landscape maintenance crew • Ensuring all relevant equipment is loaded and ready for each job • Directing crew on site and leading them through tasks and projects • Ensuring equipment is properly maintained and equipment is fixed/replaced as needed • Troubleshooting problems as they arise • Keeping project on schedule and within budget • 18 Years old and up • 2-5 years of work history in lawn maintenance • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. and walk for long periods of time • Dependable transportation to and from work • Valid state driver’s license • safely work with mowers, cutters, blowers, weed eaters, power saws • Ability to stand/walk 8-10 hours • work outside in heat, loud noises, vibrations Job Description: • Mow, edge, weed eater, blow debris at Commercial properties • Trim and edge around walks, flower beds, and walls • Rake, Mulch, and prune grounds • Sweep/blow off walkway of debris • Apply round up/pesticide
