Z Luxury Management is a Boutique Property Management company that oversees Highend homes in the Miami Beach and Coral Gables Area. What we are looking for someone with experience in Maintaining grounds/person must have knowledge on small home repairs/changing AC filters/light bulbs/keeping inventory/visit one or two homes per day. Must be hardworking and take pride in what they do no matter how small. We are a fun and growing company every day is different. We also do small rebuilds/construction and help with clients moving in or out of properties/host events. Must have car and flexible with time and days.
