Looking for Maintenance and Porter help to Join Our Team! Downtown West Palm Beach High Rise Condominium Association looking for new Team Members. Job Duties include: Maintaining and monitoring the property, including all mechanical aspects,(cooling tower, boiler, elevator, piping), pressure washing, painting, maintaining pool area, clubhouse, gym, monitoring cooling tower of the property and meeting with contractors. Make sure garbage rooms and recyclables are in order and the building and grounds look great. Weekend rotation work and on call time is required. Pay is $13-$15 an hour depending on experience.
