Property Management Company is looking for a qualified applicant to serve as Handy Man Helper for the management of 30+ rental units in the Hollywood area. Duties: Typical duties include overseeing 4 properties in the Hollywood area just north of Young Circle. Making sure each property is well-maintained, free of trash, there is no loitering at the properties, the fountain is well maintained, the overall preparation of rental units getting them ready to be re-rented or help a current tenant with a minor repair. Specific duties include painting, cleaning, basic home owner electrical, basic home owner plumbing and assisting the property handy man as an extra hand with larger jobs. Property where work is located each day is in Hollywood. However there is an occasional time this employee would need to travel to Miami for an all day job with the rest of the maintenance team for a large Miami job. Qualifications: - Reliable Transportation is a requirement! Your own vehicle. If you own a truck to haul materials this is a plus. - Dependable, honest, hardworking and on time. - Relevant Experience a plus but NOT a requirement. Compensation: Salary: $12/hour (with opportunity to increase) Hours: 9-5pm Monday through Friday. Full time - 40 hours a week guaranteed.
