We are currently seeking an eager, motivated, organized, and jack of all trades, Property Manager in the Miami Beach Area. Typical duties include: assisting with maintaining the grounds, household systems, pool systems, vehicles, as well as executing or overseeing various household projects. The Responsibilities. The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the house and grounds are maintained and regularly tended to. - Full time - Schedule: 40 hours per week, flexible schedule - Local candidates will be considered for this role Duties: - Coordinate in-person with vendors for any systems, appliances, or maintenance that is needed - Oversee and understand the operation of all home systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, pool, alarm/security, computer network/Wi-Fi, and entertainment - Maintain updated instruction files, manuals, warranties, and a schedule for home maintenance and seasonal projects - Responsible for handling basic home maintenance and systems issues directly - Manage vehicles and garage which are kept on-site such as: cleaning, fueling, and scheduling maintenance - Driving-as-directed for the principal when needed - Perform various other duties as determined by the principal such as running errands, shopping, etc. The Ideal Candidate: - Has previous experience in property management - Has vocational training or skills - Is service-oriented with a passion for excellence - Is organized, hardworking, trustworthy, calm, and discrete - Is an experienced multi-tasker who can respond to any request in a timely fashion and follow through until its conclusion - Must speak fluent English - Must have a high school/ GED degree - Has a valid U.S. driver’s license & reliable transportation - Must be authorized to work legally in the United States
