Seeking musicians for Japanese Shoegaze inspired project

I’m probably wasting my time here but here it goes…  I’m a bass player/ multi instrumentalist in my 40's looking for like minded people that want to create something different and interesting.  What I’m looking for are two guitarists that are texture driven and know how to play with FX’s and a drummer that plays more on the technical side but can still keep it tight. Lastly, and most important, a female vocalist with a haunting voice that comes across almost ghostly once it’s layered in reverb. Ability to play guitar or keys is a huge plus. The best examples I can give would be the vocalists from My Dead Girlfriend, Tokyo Shoegazer and Yuragi. If you’re not familiar, check them out on YouTube. All three are phenomenal bands.  Sound wise I’m going for dark, moody and noisy yet still melodic with some rockin 'out thrown in. Explosions In The Sky mixed with early Cure, Joy Division and a dash of MBV come to mind. I’m based in Bushwick and have a full studio where we can sketch out ideas and lay down tracks when it comes time to record. Ideally I’d like to get an EP together and start playing shows ASAP.   I‘m laidback and easy to work with but please be serious, motivated and able to get together at least once or twice a week in the beginning. I don’t have time to waste with flakes or people with substance abuse problems.  If you read all of this and are interested by all means get in touch.
