Experience a safe and powerful evening of diving into the invitation of freedom through the power of the breath and conscious dance Join Danny Balgooyen of Inner Light Revival for an opportunity to embark on a powerful evening of journeying into what is ready to be seen, felt and integrated. Come with an open mind, willingness to show up and we will co-create a recipe of magic together. The evening flow will begin with Danny setting the container by offering guidance and support for you to feel fully supported and confident stepping into our journey. We will have a 1hr 15 min breathwork journey that will consist of 50 minutes of active breathing. After some grounding and light sharing we will continue our journey stepping into what is alive with us into an ecstatic dance journey. This is a powerful way to integrate and embody our experience throughout the breathwork. HOW TO BE PREPARED: Please bring a mat to lay on, a pillow, blanket and anything else that would feel supportive for laying down for 1hr and 15mins during the breathwork experience. We will not have mats and props provided! You are responsible for bringing your own stuff for the breathwork. Wear comfortable clothing to dance in. About Danny: Danny is turned on by inspiration. He LOVES being inspired as well as facilitating inspiration for others. A couple of his biggest inspirations are in the powerful healing potentials of breathwork and conscious dance. Danny has been teaching and facilitating breathwork for the past 6 years and is extremely turned on by DJing and leading conscious dance experiences. This home (venue), this work and the community of people who are pulled to this event are truly a blessing to experience.
