Morning Yoga for All Levels with Instructor Anne Dawson
Join Anne Dawson for a morning yoga practice at Tregaron from 8:30-9:30am. Open up the body and the mind to the day with pranayama/breathwork and movement, energizing with poses that encourage range of motion and strength building to any degree that suits you on the day of the practice. Familiarity with sun salutations is suggested and a mat is required.
Anne Dawson has completed the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training program and is finishing the 300 hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training, both with Circle Yoga. She is also a Wilderness First Responder and believes that yoga should bring vitality and a caring relationship to your self.
