Seeking: Construction of Wooden Kayak Racks

We are looking for a carpenter or handyman who can construct for us racks for kayaks and paddle boards similar to the racks shown in the pictures below. We definitely need 2 racks constructed and might be interested in up to 4 depending on the price and timing. Ideally the project would be completed during June, although early July might work. You would supply the tools. We would pay for lumber and all rack construction supplies. We are open to paying by the hour (plus cost of supplies) or receiving a bid/quote. Ideally you would handle all aspects of getting supplies (there is a local Home Depot) and construction on your own, but if you need (and don't have) a helper to hold things, etc., we could likely assist with that. To give a sense of supplies, the paddle board rack shown here (which we largely want to re-create) was built with fourteen 8 foot 2x4's and four 8 foot 2x6's (all pressure treated), plus bolts, etc. Construction would be in Chesterfield/Spofford, which is on Rt. 9 in between the towns of Keene, New Hampshire and Brattleboro, VT (In Cheshire County, NH). It is only 10 minutes away from Interstate 91. If you are interested, please provide the following information: (1) A brief summary of your relevant skills/experience. (2) An estimate of the date by which you could complete the project by. (3) An estimate of total cost (not including supplies) (or your hourly rate and estimated total hours). If you want to provide a total cost including supplies, that is also fine, but we want to know the portion that is supplies vs. labor. (4) Where you are based geographically.
