Join us for the first FREE LIVE Yoga and Affirmations! We will incorporate positive affirmations as we partake in beginner yoga. Hosted by Kate Hayez, Yoga and Affirmations is an event for anyone to attend! During the first LIVE Yoga and Affirmations Kate Hayez will lead everyone with positive affirmations. Following the affirmations yoga guru KJade will follow with Hatha Yoga (Yoga for beginners). The first few people will receive items from our giveaway so be sure to get your front row seat!
