Join me for my first HIIT Houseparty class! I will be teaching this class alongside Jumanne Pitts of Jpitts Fitness!
HIIT Houseparty is a fitness class like no other! This class is a combination of traditional athletic techniques and workouts, dance choreography, kick boxing, yoga, and more! Our 1-hour session includes a 15 minute warm up followed by a 30-min HIIT workout intertwined with basic dance choreography (this is the houseparty part) and we will finish with a relaxing 15 minute cool down.
