South African Braai Dinner A South African Braai is their version of a BBQ cookout. We will have the grill fired up. Come Hungry! Fire Baked Oysters with Dukkah Chicken, Apricot and Bacon Kebabs with apricot-horseradish sauce Grilled Banana and Local Greens Salad with curried cashews and goat cheese Pineapple BBQ Ribs, “Chakalala”’ and yellow rice Local Berry and Lemon Trifle Tickets are $60 a person ($20 deposit now). Can accommodate dietary needs or togo orders with notice. Large table reservations are appreciated when booking your tickets, please message us or call 518-731-7048. Any cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to event for a refund on the deposit. Looking forward to enjoying some African BBQ with everyone!
