I got a feeder rat to keep my other rat company until he passed. He has a deformed tail, is probably blind, and is not very friendly. About 1 year old. The cage has served me well. The bottom spills out bedding but putting a plastic tub under it fixes that problem. You can have the bin, too. If you use him as a feeder please consider humanely euthanizing him beforehand, as live feeding is cruel to the rat and can be dangerous for your snake.
