Need two strong people for 20 minutes

Last night I bought a loveseat on Craigslist. Someone with a pickup truck helped me get it and brought it inside my house. Unfortunately, after a few hours sitting on it I realize that it won't work for my back and physical disabilities. So I need help getting it out of the house and into my garage until I can re-sell it, and also bring my old loveseat back inside from the garage. I paid $120 for the loveseat. If you'll help with the swap, I'll sell you the loveseat for $100. It has a sleeper in it (so it's REALLY heavy and needs a bungee to keep it closed while moving it). The mattress in it is thin with springs. It's terrible. Anyone buying the loveseat will have to replace the mattress. No house guest will want to sleep on it. The sofa itself is lovely, a pretty apricot color, with a firm cushion. So again--- I need to two strong people to help me for 20 minutes. Thanks.
