Duluth Area Marina looking for the right employee Candidate duties and responsibilities • Perform grounds maintenance and upkeep, including landscaping, and other task-related activities. • Must be experienced in operating and maintaining equipment such as trucks, skid-steer loaders, lawn and garden equipment and other equipment as deemed necessary to maintain the buildings and grounds. • Must operate all equipment in a safe and responsible manner. • Must work independently on assigned tasks as well as accept direction on given assignments. • Troubleshoot issues as they arise, using critical thinking skills. • Work closely and communicate frequently with other staff. • Customer service • With limited direction, perform maintenance and equipment repairs. Marina/marine mechanical experience a plus Must be at least 18yrs old.
