Description

All-inclusive Pickleball instruction for participants of a wide variety of abilities and fitness levels. These free classes are offered by the New Jersey Pickleball Association and sponsored by a Bergen County grant through the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs. All participants will receive a baseline evaluation. Lessons will cover rules and etiquette, shot-making skills, court positioning, shot selection and point management. Balls and loaner paddles will be provided. Classes take place in the Ridgefield Park section of Overpeck Park. The Bergen County Parks system totals nearly 9,000 acres and offers exceptional recreation and leisure opportunities to County residents and visitors.
