Need 1 time lawn mow

I have a house where the grass has not been mowed in a while and has grown! In some places a couple of feet tall. I need to have it mowed one time to bring it back to normal. The lot is 1/5 of an acre including the home to give you an idea of the effort. Both front and back yard needs it. I need this done by Friday. Let me know if you can do it and how much you'd charge.
