Harvest Collison is looking for a highly qualified experienced auto body technician to join our team. We are for seeking qualified personnel to fill this position. Applicant must be able to repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and in a manner consistent with Harvest, insurance partners, and industry guidelines/standards. Jobs including but not limited to Collision repair processes, door skins, quarter panels, frame work, frame measurements, and mechanical work. Must ensure all needed repairs be identified to eliminate supplements and minimize repair time. Ability to read a work order, write supplements, and take pictures of the additional damage found. Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles to check for compliance with safety and quality standards.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. We are looking for highly motivated, energetic, detail oriented, organized, willingness to learn, and work well in a team environment. Must be comfortable working in a deadline orientated and fast paced environment.
