Vibrant Painting is currently looking to partner with local expert Painting Contractors from Houston and Surrounding areas. You will be working directly with our Production Manager for scheduling and to review project details such as color choice, materials, daily updates, the overall scope of work and pricing. Once you are scheduled and agree to the job, you will show up with your crew the day of, be on time, prepared and complete a quality job as quick as possible so we can move on to scheduling you for the next painting project. We are looking for contractors that we can build long term working relationships with to ensure satisfied customers and a strong reputation for quality and timely jobs. In Summary we are looking for Expert Painters with insurance that have only the highest quality standards, have their own tools and equipment, and a reliable painting team. Here are some of our Requirements Subcontractors must have: * Registered business * Government issued Tax ID Number * Must be the registered business owner * Verifiable General Liability Insurance * Plain Colored van or truck with no logos * Not have been involved in a lawsuit in the past 5 years * Fast turn around times * Own tools and equipment * Expert level experience * Complete jobs in the Highest Quality Standards * Strong Quality control * Purchase all materials needed to complete the job * Must have a team or crew leader * Clean up job site each day and thoroughly once job is completed * Minimum 3 years experience * Follows all safety policies and procedures * Must be willing to undergo and pass a criminal background check * Good Communication skills
