Learn basic sewing skills and create a bookmark out of felt fabric. Join us for Sew Much Fun - Pencil Cases! Learn basic sewing skills such as threading a needle, knotting your thread, basic stitches, and how to apply a button. This week's project will be creating a pencil case. Supplies are provided courtesy of the Friends of the McMillan Memorial Library. PLEASE NOTE: This program is intended for students going into the 4th, 5th, and 6th grades only.Each person attending MUST have a ticket to attend. Tickets for this FREE event will be available on June 1st. Once registered, parents must contact the library by phone (903-834-6318) or email ([email protected]) and provide us with the following information: Order Number, Parent's Name, Parent's Phone Number, Child's Name, Child's Grade.You may check-in 15 mins before Sew Much Fun. If you choose not to print your ticket at home, you can check in at the door.Social distancing required; masks recommended.
