In need of a General Maintenance ASAP AAA Apartment Staffing is looking for a highly skilled individuals to service Apartment Communities in East Ellijay, GA *Apply on www.aaastaffing.com Position is working temp on a week to week basis part time (Mon-Tues-Thurs- 8-5) must be available to start next day! This position will entail doing the maintenance necessary to get the designated units ready for rental. Candidates should work well in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. General Responsibilities: • Electrical work • Plumbing Repairs • Rough and Finish carpentry • Full Apartment Painting • Appliance and Furniture moving • Gutting and trashing out storage and apartment units • Completion of full vacant unit turn process General Requirements / Qualifications • Apartment community maintenance experience preferred • General building and grounds maintenance • Knowledge painting, drywall, plumbing & electrical repairs • Must have a positive attitude / good customer service
