Need house stairs lightly sanded and stained this weekend

I have a set of stairs in my house that I'd like to be lightly sanded and stained so the color looks even. I'm selling the house so I'm not looking for a top notch remodel job, as you can see from the pics I really would just like the color to be "even" and not light on one side and dark on the other. Whatever is the quickest way to acheive this, I'll leave that up to you. No railing and no paiting. Just the top and edge part of the stairs. Only catch is I need this done this weekend (sat or sun) If you can do this for me this weekend, please send me you estimated cost and contact number. Thank you.
