The Boat House of Port Charlotte Service Department is looking for an experienced technician to join the team! All Candidates are REQUIRED to have previous Marine Engines & Boat Repair Experience in a marine dealership environment. We offer better than competitive package with the potential to earn as 60-80K for Master certified technicians with a signing bonus based on the skills you bring to the team. Still working towards your Master Certification? The Boat House will help you achieve that level while paying better than competitive wages. What we are looking for in a candidate: · Ability to Diagnose and Troubleshoot effectively · Outboard engine experience · Fast Paced with the ability to time manage their jobs · Customer Service Oriented · Inboard/Outboard engine and outdrive experience · Positive Energy · Ability to stay focused and on task with their daily schedules · Thorough knowledge of 12 volt electrical systems · Team Players We are not willing to entertain any candidate who has not spent at least 3 years in a service and repair department for this particular role.
