Join us for your favorite sports, team building, inspiring biblical stories, food and fun. Vacation Bible School with a SPORTS twist. Hey parents! Ready to drop a TON OF FUN right into your child’s summer? Then Epic Impact is right for you! The First Church is offering kids in kindergarten through sixth grades one awesome time. It starts Sunday, August 1st at 6:00pm with a kick off party. Afterwards, this unique Sports Vacation Bible School starts daily at 8:30am and ends promptly at 5:00 Monday, August 2nd through Friday, August 6th. On Sunday, August 8th we will celebrate with our campers and parents with an awards ceremony and cookout . We want to give kids the chance to learn more about sports, discover character-building concepts, and have a whole lot of fun. At Epic Impact, kids will play in soccer, basketball, t-ball or cheerleading. It doesn’t matter if they’ve played all their life or just started yesterday, Epic Impact helps kids improve their skills. All sorts of drills and practice games will get kids focused on the fundamentals that make athletes great. Plus, Epic Impact creates a positive and encouraging environment that pumps up their confidence and self-esteem. When kids begin to see themselves the same way that Jesus sees them, then real confidence begins to take root and grow. Between Sports Sessions, worshipping in song and helping kids experience inspiring Bible stories to help take hold in kids’ hearts. And most importantly, kids will discover God’s great love for them.
