Hello dog lovers!! We are looking down the barrel of another scorching summer of trying to find a comfortable way to excercise our dogs. Well, I'd like to open an indoor dog park. It'd be cooler in the summer and warmer/dryer in the winter and a whole lot of fun for our community. I have a lot of ideas about how to make this a fabulous venture that will work to bring our community together. From themed pet friendly events, helping homeless pets find their forever homes, providing DIY bathing, groomers, cottage pet supplies, training space, and much more. We just need to get started and that means we need a good place to set up. I'm looking for a warehouse or appropriate retail type space about 2,000sf and can pay $1200/mo to start.
